Blog Post Writer Wanted!

We are looking for an exceptional writer to create 3-5 blog posts per week for Eberbach Plastic Surgery and IBI Healthcare. The ideal candidate should be able to write about a wide range of topics provided, possess excellent research skills and knowledge of basic SEO. Responsibilities include creating original, highly-informative, and plagiarism-free content, proofreading and editing and revising the blog posts based on feedback. We will provide you with the blog post topics and key points, examples of topics include non-surgical facelifts, tummy tuck vs liposuction, recovery after a breast augmentation and preparing or weight loss surgery

Scrub Tech

What you get to do:

 

  • Prepare the OR and surgical field to ensure a safe patient care experience.
  • Maintaining a sterile environment in the operating rooms.
  • Preparing patients for surgery, including washing and disinfecting incision sites and applying sterile drapes on the patient.
  • Assisting our surgeons during cosmetic procedures.
  • Ensuring patients receive excellent care during surgery.

 

Who are you:

  • A graduate of an accredited surgical technologist program and surgical technologist certification.
  • Experience with instrumentation.
  • Strong understanding of surgical technology and surgical procedure.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Passionate about patient care.

Patient Coordinator

Eberbach Plastic Surgery of IBI Healthcare is looking for a Patient Coordinator to join our growing team in Hudson, FL.

What you get to do:

  • Assist surgeons in consultations educating potential patients on procedures.
  • Answer multi-line phones and either direct the caller to the appropriate party or handle the caller’s needs yourself.
  • Greet patients upon arrival, sign them in and obtain insurance information and any other necessary data.
  • Provide patients with intake and new patient forms as well as copies of our office policies and legally required documents.
  • Process payments from patients.
  • Schedule appointments for new and recurring patients based on provider availability.
  • Maintain/update patient records and office notes in the EMR system.
  • Call or text patients to remind them of upcoming appointments and to help them schedule testing for off-site services.
  • Provide patients with support and guidance as needed.
  • Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate.
  • Maintain updated records of bookings and payments.
  • Keep track and follow up with your set of patients throughout the process to ensure all prerequisite steps have been properly completed for a smooth health appointment.

Who are you:

  • Candidate must be friendly, a team player and multitasker
  •  Customer service and positive attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  •  Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  •  Professional attitude and appearance
  •  Solid written and verbal communication skills
  •  Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  •  Excellent organizational skills
  • High school degree; additional certification in Office Management or Plastic Surgery experience is a plus
