For your safety and convenience, Dr. Eberbach and staff are now pleased to offer plastic surgery online consultations! Based upon the executive order of the President, we are unable to see consultations in our office until after May 1st. Eberbach Plastic Surgery is offering prospective patients the option to do an online consultation before coming in, this allows for a private, safe, and confidential consultation from the comfort of your own home. During your online consultation, you will meet with both a coordinator and Dr. Eberbach who will go over detailed information about the procedure of interest. Online, also known as virtual consultations, are also great for potential patients who live out of state.
How Does the Online Consultation Work?
Your first step would be to call or email the office, a Patient Coordinator will ask you a few questions and give you an idea of the price for your procedure of interest. Your next step would be to submit photos via email or our secure online Patient Portal. Once your photos are viewed by Dr. Eberbach, a caring Patient Coordinator from Dr. Eberbach’s team will contact you directly to schedule an appointment to do your online/virtual consultation.
At your scheduled time you will receive a link to join the Zoom video conference via email. We recommend you position your computer or phone in a private, well-lit room. We understand this is a personal and sometimes difficult subject to discuss, we want you to feel as comfortable as possible talking about your procedure. Before meeting with Dr. Eberbach, an experienced and caring Patient Coordinator will go over basic information about the procedure you are interested in.
We will be able to share before and after photos with you of real patients who have similar starting points to you, this will help give you an idea of your final result. Then you’ll be joined by Dr. Mark Eberbach, a board-certified plastic surgeon with over 30 years of experience. Dr. Eberbach will talk with you about your specific goals, answer all of your questions, and give his recommendation to achieve your desired result. Your only job is to help teach him what you are looking for.
Online Consultation – Next Step
Call us at 727-868-4490 ext 0 or contact us. Your other option would be to email your name, procedure of interest, and photos. Having a virtual consultation is just one option for you, coming in for a face-to-face is still an available option. If you elect to have surgery after your online consultation, we will schedule a time for you to meet Dr. Eberbach in person before your procedure. Usually, we will schedule this meeting at the same time as your pre-op to save you a trip.
