Dr. Eberbach wants to thank those who travel from a distance to have surgery with him. He will give you $10 for every mile you drive to get here, up to 100 miles ($1,000.00), off your surgery. Your driver’s license is required to determine distance.
Not only that, Dr. Eberbach will pay for your hotel the evening of surgery where breakfast is provided! To receive this special offer on a hotel stay, patients must be traveling from 30 miles away or more.
